Web Self Service (WSS)

RDC’s Web Self-Service product (WSS) is designed to allow Clients the ability to submit and track inquires, request and view alerts online and improve their reporting capabilities, all through our web-based user interface. This service will provide Clients with the most up-to-date information on the status of their inquiries.

RDC - Our Process

RDC combines an automated database screening with a quality assurance review process to help ensure that you get the results you need, when you need them. Here's how it works:

• A user submits a query to RDC via our easy-to-use web interface or our batch process
• GRID, our proprietary system, processes the query against the 2.3 million names in the database that is updated daily from over 15,000 public sources, providing the best globally available data in the industry
• Our high-tech matching algorithms identify matches and return a response file (IRF) to the user usually within 15 minutes of the query
• In the case where we find partial matches, highly-trained RDC Business Analysts review the data and screen for false positives, helping to ensure that users receive the highest quality alerts possible
• RDC returns a customized, sourced report to the user usually within 24 hours
